Quotes

Quotes are based on assumptions including but not limited to the duration of the recording, the clarity of the audio, the recording specifications and any other relevant factors that can affect the ability or time taken to complete a project.

Ordering Process 

 Upon email confirmation of your Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy 

AC Administration and AC Transcripts abide by all New Zealand privacy laws. 

Audio Quality 

You acknowledge that fees assume if there is not provision already made for poor audio quality that the entire recording can be clearly and easily heard by the transcriptionist. If the recording is poorer quality than stated we reserve the right to add further charges. We will notify you if further charges apply. 

We will do our best to provide an accurate transcript. 

Order Cancelations 

If you cancel your order after AC Transcripts and AC Administration has confirmed your order you may be charged for the part of your order that has been completed. 

Disputes 

Issues with transcripts and work must be raised within 10 days of the completion of the transcript. In writing to: Transcript@acadminservices.com

Indemnity

You indemnify AC Transcription and AC Administration Services against any loss, injury or damage (including any legal costs or expenses incurred) incurred  directly or indirectly as a consequence of any breach by You of these terms and conditions, including for any claims made against AC Transcripts and Administration by any third parties for breach of copyright or other intellectual property rights, where such claims arise from or are related to your use of the Transcript in any way not specifically authorised by this Agreement.
