Explain your 99% accuracy guarantee

We guarantee at least at least 99% accuracy for audio files that are clearly audible. We hire the best professionals and use a  system of review and quality checks to achieve this. 

What file formats can I send you?

We accept audio and video recordings in MP3, MP4, WMV, AIF, M4A, MOV, AVI, VOB, AMR, WMA, OGG, AAC, and WAV. We also accept links to streaming video and audio files available on the web.send.

What Locations do you Service? 

World wide as we are online, if you need an in person service we can cater to most areas of New Zealand.

Do I sign up for a contract or minimum hours? 

No we only charge for what we work. Some clients choose to pay a retainer such as 2 hours per week as that works best for them but the way in which we charge you is completely up to you. 

What if I don’t use all my time or need more time?

We will only charge you for what we work unless otherwise agreed, if we need more time than agreed we will make contact with you to let you know. 

Do I need any special technology or software?

Not at all, we are pretty flexible as long as you have internet access we can work with you.
